Individual Psychotherapy
What has brought you here?
People come to therapy for many reasons—feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, uncertain, or in pain. Beneath it all is a shared desire: to feel better, to live more meaningfully, and to come home to oneself.
In our work together, I aim to help you unlock your natural healing energies and discover more effective and fulfilling ways to navigate the world. By creating a calm, grounded space and drawing on the most current evidence-based therapies, I support individuals in deepening self-understanding, cultivating wisdom, and building inner strength.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about becoming more fully who you already are. As we explore the patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that shape you, you’ll begin to move with more clarity, freedom, and confidence.
