Anomalous Experiences

Welcome to a space of understanding and support for those who have had Anomalous Experiences.  Anomalous Experiences encompass a wide range of extraordinary encounters, often defying conventional explanation. From sightings of Unidentified Anomalous/Aerial Phenomenon (UAP), formerly known as UFOs, to encounters with enigmatic beings or unusual energies, these events can challenge our perceptions of reality and evoke profound questions.

Some may have heard about UAPs through the news, as multiple military service members have come forward describing their encounters to the media and to congress (CNN and CSPAN).  Unfortunately, there are also many others who have had Anomalous Experiences but are too afraid or ashamed to speak about their encounters for fear of being ostracized or burdened with stigma.  It is to these individuals, that I would like to extend a therapeutic hand.

Anomalous Experiences are not limited to any specific group or background; they happen to individuals from all walks of life, across all cultures. People who have had these experiences may find themselves grappling with a myriad of profound emotions, including curiosity, fear, wonder, anger, confusion, and powerlessness.

Moreover, the aftereffects of an encounter often extend far beyond the events themselves and deeply impact one’s sense of self, belief systems, and relationships to others.  For some, unprocessed experiences can leave them with a mixture of traumatic symptoms (fear, nervousness, depression, insomnia, shock, isolation) and loneliness, as their safety and understanding of the known world has been shattered.

It is within this context that I help individuals to put their world back together.  As patients share their experiences in a nonjudgmental space, I offer gentle guidance and coping strategies to help process and integrate extraordinary thoughts, feelings, and implications.  The results can be a sense of empowerment, renewed hope, and a deeper understanding of themselves and these encounters.
