Group Therapy

There’s something powerful about sitting in a circle, speaking honestly, and being witnessed just as you are. Group therapy offers a rare and transformative opportunity to grow in real time, alongside others who are also doing the work. In this space, you’re invited to bring your truth into the open—and to see yourself more clearly through the reflections of others.

We call it “Group,” and what makes it so impactful is the way it mirrors real life. Our familiar relationship patterns tend to show up naturally, offering a chance to slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and choose new ways of being. Over time, this leads to deeper self-awareness, more fulfilling connections, and a greater sense of confidence in how you relate to others.

Most people who join an interpersonal therapy group are seeking to improve their relationships and feel more at ease in themselves. Group can be especially helpful if you want to:

    • Build and sustain close, meaningful relationships
    • Understand your relational patterns and emotional responses
    • Communicate more clearly, directly, and confidently
    • Strengthen self-trust and deepen trust in others
    • Increase self-esteem and resilience
    • Express thoughts, feelings, and needs with greater ease and directly
    • Understand and harness the power of emotions
    • Work through anxiety without relying on control, people-pleasing, substances, or self-criticism

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, Group is a special opportunity.  Reach out and let’s have a conversation.
